What is a dedicated server?
A dedicated server gives you a KVM instance with guaranteed, pinned CPU cores and larger resource pools than standard VPS — without leasing an entire physical machine.
How is dedicated different from VPS?
Standard VPS shares CPU capacity across neighbors. Dedicated reserves pinned threads and starts at 16 GB RAM with bigger NVMe allocations — ideal when you have outgrown entry-level VPS but do not need bare metal.
How is dedicated different from bare metal?
Bare metal is a full physical server with no hypervisor. Dedicated is still KVM virtualized, but with pinned cores and high-resource plans. Choose bare metal when you need 100% of the machine.
Root access included?
Yes — full root or administrator access on every dedicated plan with the same VirtFusion KVM panel used for VPS.
Which datacenters are available?
Chicago runs Ryzen 9 7950X and is open for orders. Ashburn and Frankfurt use Ryzen 9 9950X — same dedicated plans, temporarily sold out in those regions.
Is DDoS protection included?
Premium upstream filtering is included free on all dedicated plans.
